บริษัท BSIจัดทำ “มาตรฐาน ISO 13485 มาปฏิบัติมา implement” เป็นหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 2 วัน ได้รับการออกแบบขึ้นเพื่อให้ความรู้ด้านกระบวนการสำคัญต่างๆ เพื่อที่จะให้ผู้ฝึกอบรมสามารถนำระบบบริหารคุณภาพไป implement อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดการออกใบรับรอง ISO 13485:2003

วัตถุประสงค์

ระหว่างการฝึกอบรม ผู้ฝึกอบรมสามารถ

• สามารถถึงอธิบายถึงระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพขั้นพื้นฐาน
• สามารถอธิบายถึงวัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้าง และข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐาน ISO 13485
• สามารถนำกระบวนการการ implement ระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพมาประยุกต์ใช้ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน ISO 13485
• เตรียมการรับใบรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 13485

หลักสูตรนี้ได้รับการออกแบบขึ้นเพื่อผู้อบรมที่มีความรู้พื้นฐานเรื่องการดำเนินการ implement ระบบการบริหารคุณภาพค่อนข้างน้อย แต่เป็นเรื่องดีถ้ามีความรู้เรื่องอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ มาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2008 หรือ ISO 13485:2003 ในขั้นพื้นฐาน

Course Description

BSI’s “Implementing: ISO 13485” two-day course has been designed to provide participants with the knowledge and process steps to enable them to effectively implement a quality management system in line with the requirements for ISO 13485:2003 certification.

The course introduces the concepts needed to understand, develop, and implement a quality management system.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

• Describe the fundamentals of quality management systems
• Explain the purpose, structure and requirements of ISO 13485
• Apply a process of implementing a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 13485
• Prepare for ISO 13485 certification

Two days

Prerequisites

Designed for individuals with little or no previous knowledge of implementing a quality management system. Basic knowledge of medical devices, ISO 9001:2008, or ISO 13485:2003 would be beneficial.
