หลักสูตรเชิงปฏิบัติการ 3 วันให้แนวทางการปฏิบัติเพื่อการวางแผน ปรับปรุงแก้ไข คุณภาพและการใช้ต้นทุนให้เกิดประสิทธิผลในด้านการให้บริการสารสนเทศโดยการนำระบบการจัดการด้านสารสนเทศว่าด้วยมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 มาประยุกต์ใช้ โดยการใช้วิธีการ step-by-step ซึ่งจัดทำทีละขั้นตอนในการปฏิบัติการ implement กระบวนการต่างๆ   ทีมผู้มีประสบการณ์จะให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 ในขณะที่การใช้แบบฝึกหัดในระหว่างการฝึกอบรม และเอกสารประกอบอบรมที่ผู้ศึกษาสามารถนำกับไปศึกษาจะช่วยในการพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติงาน implement ระบบบริหารงานบริการสารสนเทศที่ใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในระดับสากล

Course Description

This practical three-day course provides key guidance to organizations that plan to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of their IT service delivery by implementing an IT service management system based on ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011. Using a step-by-step approach to the implementation process, an experienced   instructor explains the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011, while hands-on   exercises and take-home reference material help you develop the knowledge and   skill required to implement an international best practice IT service   management system within your organization.
